I’d like to say “hi” to everyone, I’m new to both windsurfing and this forum; so new that I haven’t even windsurfed yet. I’m looking for somewhere to get some beginner lessons for myself and two sons (provided they’re not too young) they’re ages 9 & 12, and we live in Alliston Ontario. I think windsurfing would be a great way to get some father and son(s) time. Any recommendations?

You will be welcome at Toronto Windsurfing Club. They have lessons and gear for beginners.

Barrie has a club as well. I think it is the closest place for you.

Hi there,

I am living in London, Ontario. I have learned some basic tech years ago. I would like to take some lessons to refresh my knowledge and practice near London area. Does anyone know if I can take lessons near London area rather than go to Toronto to take lessons?

Rondeau Yacht Club (Rondeau Bay...half-way between London &Windsor along the 401) offers windsurfing lessons for both children and adults. Lesson formats and times to suit (weekends available).
